Official Giveaway Rules

This giveaway ("Giveaway") is sponsored and administered by SNR Mobile Detailing ("Sponsor").

Eligibility

To be eligible to enter, participants must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age at the time of entry.

  • Reside within a 60-minute driving radius of Lake in the Hills, Illinois (ZIP Code 60156).

  • Be the legal owner of the vehicle submitted for the giveaway or have legal authority to approve services on the vehicle.

  • Agree to these Official Giveaway Rules.

Void where prohibited by law.

Entry Period

The Giveaway begins on August 8, 2026, at 12:00 PM Central Time (CST) and ends on August 22, 2026, at 11:59 PM CST.

Entries received before or after the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.

The winner will be selected and announced live on August 25, 2026.

Prize

One (1) winner will receive a credit of up to $5,000 toward SNR Mobile Detailing's Transformation Detail service.

  • Approximate Retail Value (ARV): Up to $5,000

  • The prize has no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash.

  • The prize is non-transferable and may not be sold, assigned, or transferred.

  • The Transformation Detail will be customized based on the winning vehicle's condition. While the maximum retail value is $5,000, the exact services performed will be determined by SNR Mobile Detailing following an in-person inspection and consultation.

  • Any unused portion of the $5,000 credit will be forfeited and may not be redeemed or applied toward future services.

  • The winner must schedule and redeem the prize within 90 days of accepting the prize unless otherwise approved in writing by SNR Mobile Detailing. Failure to schedule within this period may result in forfeiture of the prize.

Vehicle Eligibility

To ensure the safety of our team and the quality of our work, SNR Mobile Detailing reserves the right to decline, modify, or refuse services if a vehicle:

  • Contains hazardous materials or substances.

  • Has excessive mold, biohazard contamination, or infestations.

  • Is unsafe to work on.

  • Requires repairs beyond the scope of professional detailing.

  • Cannot reasonably be restored through detailing services alone.

If the selected winner's vehicle is deemed ineligible, SNR Mobile Detailing reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

Winner Selection & Notification

The winner will be selected through a random drawing conducted live by SNR Mobile Detailing.

The selected winner will be notified using the phone number and email address provided during entry.

The selected winner must respond within 24 hours of the initial notification.

If the selected winner fails to respond within the required time or is determined to be ineligible, SNR Mobile Detailing reserves the right to select an alternate winner through another random drawing.

Once the winner accepts the prize, SNR Mobile Detailing will coordinate a consultation and schedule the Transformation Detail based on availability.

Disqualification

SNR Mobile Detailing reserves the right to disqualify any participant for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Fraudulent activity.

  • Submitting false or misleading information.

  • Multiple entries when only one entry is permitted.

  • Using automated methods or bots to enter.

  • Attempting to manipulate or interfere with the Giveaway.

  • Violating any provision of these Official Giveaway Rules.

All decisions made by SNR Mobile Detailing are final.

Publicity Release

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow SNR Mobile Detailing to:

  • Photograph the vehicle before, during, and after the Transformation Detail.

  • Record video throughout the restoration process.

  • Participate in interviews regarding the Giveaway and service experience.

  • Allow SNR Mobile Detailing to use the winner's name, likeness, photographs, videos, vehicle images, testimonials, and related content for advertising, marketing, promotional, educational, and social media purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Liability

By entering this Giveaway, participants acknowledge and agree that:

  • SNR Mobile Detailing is not responsible for any pre-existing cosmetic, mechanical, electrical, or structural damage to the vehicle.

  • Certain defects, wear, stains, scratches, paint damage, or other conditions may not be fully correctable through detailing alone.

  • SNR Mobile Detailing will perform services using industry-standard practices but does not guarantee the complete removal of every defect.

  • SNR Mobile Detailing reserves the right to modify or decline portions of the service if necessary to protect the vehicle or ensure safe working conditions.

Privacy

By entering this Giveaway, participants consent to SNR Mobile Detailing collecting and using the information provided for:

  • Administering the Giveaway.

  • Contacting participants regarding the Giveaway.

  • Sending future promotional emails, text messages, service announcements, and marketing communications.

Participants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time. Unsubscribing from marketing communications does not affect communications necessary to administer the Giveaway.

General Terms

By participating in this Giveaway, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Giveaway Rules.

SNR Mobile Detailing reserves the right to modify, suspend, postpone, or cancel the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, acts of nature, or any other circumstance beyond its reasonable control compromises the integrity or proper administration of the Giveaway.

SNR Mobile Detailing reserves the right to interpret these rules and make all decisions regarding the Giveaway. All decisions are final.

This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, Meta, TikTok, Google, or any other social media platform. By participating, entrants release each platform from any responsibility or liability related to this Giveaway.
